SQLiteManager Beta 6 is now available.
We improved a lot of things in this release and there is now a new RecordEditor.

pretty! A big advantage would manage sqlite backup features ("SQLITE online backup api").
with sqliteManager, If we could save our database without interrupting the server, and without risk of corruption, it would be great!

Have you tried to use the BACKUP DATABASE custom commands?
Under the hood they use the sqlite backup api and the server does not need to be interrupted.
Please check the manual for further details.
