SQLiteManager 4.2.5

After some feedbacks collected form our users we updated SQLiteManager to version 4.2.5. This new version contains the following changes:

Restored sort by column header
Fixed an issue with columns filters
Better escape when importing
Better column escape algorithm
ESC key now close popup panel
A lot of small bugs has been fixed

4.2.5 has introduced a bug which does not allow me to add a column to an existing table in CubeSQL. I tried to add a Boolean column and aparently it worked. However the column name was then displayed in brackets and after a restart of SQLiteManager the new column no longer shows up. I went back to 4.2 where it works.
